Admission Requirements
- A completed application for admission with a $30 (paper application)/$36 (on-line application) non-refundable fee, final official high school transcript posting graduation date or GED scores, official transcript(s) of ALL previous college coursework.

Financial Aid
Financial Aid Requirements
- All students are encouraged to apply for financial aid. It is recommended that students apply for financial aid early as possible to be considered for the widest range of financial aid. You can apply anytime, however Gallatin College's priority deadline for filing the FAFSA is March 1 (for the following fall semester). Most Gallatin College MSU students rely entirely or partially on financial aid assistance. All Gallatin College MSU programs are eligible for financial aid.

Scholarship Requirements
- Aviation Scholarships
- Montana is very fortunate to have many generous individuals and organizations that believe in promoting aviation by offering monetary assistance to qualified persons. The Aeronautics Division assists in administering some of these scholarships and encourages participation. The scholarships are offered to Montanans to help defray costs of education (i.e., flight instruction, A&P, etc.) and will be presented during the 2015 Montana Aviation Conference in Billings.

Associate Degrees
- Students completing the AAS in Aviation will have all credentials required to pursue a career as a professional pilot. The program offers in-depth training in all stages of pilot certification: Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, and Commercial Pilot. The program also offers classroom training in Aircraft Systems, Advanced Navigation Systems, Aviation Safety, Flight Instructor/ Aircraft Theory, and Aviation Regulations and Professional Conduct.

- Understand and analyze the role of aviation safety and human factors to the aviation industry.
